At Food and Quotes, we value your support and aim to make every order a feel-good experience. Please read our return and refund policy below for clarity:


📘 eBooks (Digital Products)

All eBook sales are final.
Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned or refunded due to their instant-access nature.
If you experience a download issue, wrong file, or access problem, please contact us at faqcustomerservice@gmail.com — we'll make sure you receive the correct product or fix the issue ASAP.


👕 Customer Merchandise (Physical Products)

We accept returns and offer refunds for eligible physical merchandise.

You can request a return if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is defective or misprinted

To be eligible:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

What’s not eligible:

  • Buyer’s remorse (wrong size/color if it matches your order)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

Return Process:

  1. Email us at faqcustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive the item and verify the condition, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.

Note:

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
