📘 eBooks (Digital Products)
All eBook sales are final.
Once delivered, digital products cannot be returned or refunded due to their instant-access nature.
If you experience a download issue, wrong file, or access problem, please contact us at faqcustomerservice@gmail.com — we'll make sure you receive the correct product or fix the issue ASAP.
👕 Customer Merchandise (Physical Products)
We accept returns and offer refunds for eligible physical merchandise.
You can request a return if:

Your item arrives damaged

You received the wrong item

The item is defective or misprinted
To be eligible:

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
What’s not eligible:

Buyer’s remorse (wrong size/color if it matches your order)

Customized or personalized products (unless defective)
Return Process:

Once we receive the item and verify the condition, we’ll process your refund or replacement within 5 business days.
Note:

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.
